As the Honorary Vice President of TVE (TV for Environment) Awards 2024, Helen Wang, founder of London Music Academy was humbled to present the “Trustee’s Award” to “Above Clouds, Among Mountains”.
The award winner - “Above Clouds, Among Mountains”, is a Chinese film about how the Qiang people - an ethnic group lives in southwest China grew out of challenges since the 2008 earthquake devastated their villages. The film took a close examination on the relationship between humans and natures, through a compelling storytelling, the Qiang people shared their experiences of how they preserved natures and natures gave back to them.
Being an activist in charities, and a patron in art and culture, Helen is a sought after entrepreneur and business angel in China and elsewhere. Her commitment in promoting entrepreneurship and innovation has been well acclaimed cross continental between the West and the East.

I hope that more Asian films would be entering the TVE community, to harness a global ecosystem to ultimately benefit mankind between nations.
